These cases are handled differently from product refunds and are only considered if there is clear evidence that the purchase was made in error. While we do not guarantee exchanges, we treat each request as a unique case, assessing the specific circumstances and merits of each.
Note: We only consider exchange requests within 15 days of the transaction. Requests beyond this period will require special discussion with our sales team.
We do not exchange:
- Software subscription renewals
- Support services or support renewals
