Smallize Pty Ltd is based in Australia; as such, our products have been self-classified and have not undergone review by BIS. Documentize .NET products are classified as 5D992, regulated under EAR 740.17(b)(4)(ii).

For independent verification, this classification is based on the following encryption algorithms used by Documentize products:

• DSS and Diffie-Hellman
• RSA and AES
• RC4
• Certificate X.509
• RSAPKCS1
• SHA1

Note: All encryption keys are up to 1024 bits in length. All encryption technologies used are publicly available and provided either through Microsoft .NET Framework classes (for .NET products).

DSGL (AU)

Our software is exempt from export controls in Australia.

• The encryption component used by Documentize for file encryption is open source and in the public domain.
• Documentize software is mass-marketed.
