How to Purchase

When placing an order, you can choose to add paid support at step 3, after selecting your products.

Please note:

  • Enterprise Support is available only for SDK licenses.
  • Developer and Business Support are applicable exclusively to Developer or Site licenses.
  • If you have already completed a purchase but wish to add paid support to an existing order, select the order from My Orders and Quotes. Click Review, and you will be given the option to add paid support. Follow the prompts to update your order with paid support.
