Place an Order

Getting Started

1. Create an account. To order a product, you need an account. If you’ve downloaded a trial or posted on our forums, you may already have one. If not, you’ll need to create an account. Your account will help you manage order history, invoices, and licenses. Once you have an account, log in to start your order.
2. Log in.

Placing an Order

1. Visit Buy Now. You can skip to an existing quote or apply a discount code if you have one.
   • All options in this first step are optional. Enter your quote or coupon code if applicable, and share how you heard about Documentize.
2. Click Next.
3. Select products:
   1. Choose the platform for which you are purchasing.
   2. Select the product.
   3. Choose a license plan.
   4. Specify the number of licenses you need.
   5. Choose the subscription duration (in years).
   6. Click Add to Cart.
4. Repeat the steps above to add more products as needed.
5. Once your selection is complete, click the arrow to go Next.
6. Support: Depending on your license type, you may have the option to add paid support. Choose the support duration (in years) and click Add to Quote.
7. Click Next to proceed.
8. Order optimization: If any optimizations are possible, they will be suggested here.
9. Click Next to continue.
10. Review your order to ensure everything is correct.
11. Make any necessary changes, or click Next to proceed.
12. Read and agree to the End User License Agreement and other terms.
13. Click Next to move forward.
14. Provide your billing and shipping information.
15. Enter your payment details.
16. Click Next to confirm your purchase. You can pay by credit card immediately or close the page to receive an invoice by email. The invoice will include bank details for payment via bank transfer.

Your order is now placed. Once payment is received, your license file will be automatically emailed to you.
