Change Order Ownership Within the Same Company
If an order was placed and paid for by a colleague who has since left the organization or moved to a different department, you may need to transfer the ownership of the order to gain access to the order details. In this case, you can change the ownership of orders paid for by your organization by following the steps outlined under Steps to Change Order Ownership.
Change Order Ownership to a Different Company
If a license needs to be transferred to a different company, such as when the company that owns the license is acquired or sold, you must inform us by following the steps listed below.
Steps to Change Order Ownership
- Create an account on our website. If you already have an account, you can skip this step.
- Complete the license transfer form.
- We will review your request and determine if you are eligible for the ownership change.
- You will be notified by email about the outcome of your request. If approved, the order will be automatically transferred to your new account.
