Download License

License files can be downloaded from our online purchase system.

Steps to Download a License

1. Go to My Orders and Quotes.

   • This page displays your order history with Documentize. At the end of each row, there is a Review link.

2. Click Review for the order you want to download a license for.

   • The details for that order will appear.

3. Scroll to the bottom of the page to find a link titled Download License.

4. Click Download License.

   • A dialog box will open, allowing you to select a location to save the license file.

Important: You must be logged in to download a license. If you are not logged in, or if you log in with an account other than the one that made the purchase, your order list may appear empty, and you won’t be able to download the license. To change ownership from the purchaser’s account to your own, see instructions on transferring a license.
