How to Pay for Your Order
Documentize requires upfront payment for all purchases, meaning your license key(s) will be provided only after the payment is received. If your organization needs additional time to process the payment, please contact our sales team. We can provide a fully functional temporary license to use until the payment is completed.
Payment Methods
Orders can be placed online through our website or via email, and all prices are listed in US dollars (USD).
Documentize accepts the following payment methods:
Note: Documentize cannot accept ACH or EFT payments, as these are exclusively American methods, and our bank account is based in Australia. Additionally, Documentize does not accept checks.
Pay by Installment
For orders over $5,000 USD or in exceptional cases, we understand that a single payment may be challenging. In these instances, we offer installment payment plans on a case-by-case basis. If you need this option, review our Installment Plan Options and contact our sales team to discuss further.
To expedite the delivery of your license key(s), we no longer accept payments by check or cheque. For more details, see our No Check Policy.
